BoutRoom

Refund Policy

Last updated 19 September 2026. This is a starting draft, written to cover BoutRoom's actual payment model. It is not formal legal advice, and should be reviewed properly before being relied on commercially.

1. What you're paying for

BoutRoom charges a flat fee per fight card (see the current price on our pricing page). Paying unlocks one card credit, which you use to create and build one event.

2. If you haven't started building your card

If you've paid for a card but haven't yet matched any bouts on it, email [email protected] and we'll refund you in full. There's no time limit on this, but we'd rather you ask sooner than later.

3. If you've already started matching bouts

Once you've used the Bout Builder to arrange bouts on your card, you've had genuine use of the tool. Refund requests at this stage are considered case by case, and may be a partial refund rather than a full one, based on how much of the card was actually built. We'll always look at the specifics before saying no.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the name of the fight card and why you'd like a refund. We review these by hand and will come back to you personally, usually within a couple of days.

5. Your legal rights

None of this affects your legal rights if the service turns out to be faulty or not as described. This policy is about changes of mind and unused cards, not about something going wrong on our end.
